A quick and easy charcuterie board featuring turkey, cranberries, cheese, and more—perfect for weeknights or last-minute gatherings. Ready in under 20 minutes with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (cubed or sliced)
  • 8 ounces brie cheese (whole or wedges)
  • 1 medium baguette (sliced into thin rounds)
  • 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1 apple (thinly sliced, tossed with lemon juice)
  • ½ cup walnuts (toasted or raw)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Turkey (5 minutes): Slice the turkey into thin, even pieces. If using a rotisserie chicken, pull the meat off the bones and shred into bite-sized chunks. Place in a small pile on one corner of the board, fanning slices out slightly.
  2. Slice the Cheese (3 minutes): Cut sharp cheddar into ½-inch cubes or thin slices. For brie, leave whole or cut into 6 wedges. Place cheddar cubes in a cluster opposite the turkey, and set brie wedges nearby.
  3. Prepare the Fruit (3 minutes): Slice the apple into thin rounds or half-moons and toss with lemon juice. Place apple slices in a small pile on the board. Sprinkle dried cranberries around the board in little clusters.
  4. Toast the Walnuts (optional, 5 minutes): If time allows, toast walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Let cool, then scatter around the board, filling gaps between other ingredients.
  5. Slice the Baguette (2 minutes): Cut baguette into thin, even rounds (about ¼-inch thick). Arrange in a row or small pile on the board, angling them slightly like a fan.
  6. Assemble the Board (5 minutes): Place small bowls of whole-grain mustard and extra dried cranberries on the board. Tuck rosemary sprigs between ingredients for color. Fill empty spaces with extra apple slices or walnuts to make the board look abundant.
  7. Serve Immediately or Refrigerate: Best served at room temperature. If making ahead, pull out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

This board is endlessly adaptable. Use leftover turkey, rotisserie chicken, or thick-sliced deli turkey. For a vegetarian version, skip the turkey and add roasted vegetables. For a gluten-free option, replace baguette with gluten-free crackers or cucumber rounds. The whole-grain mustard is a secret weapon that ties everything together.
